Richard P. Earley

Rich Earley is an entrepreneur and investor with a proven track record of building and launching successful companies. At Dunrath Partners and the Sciath Group, he has been actively involved in developing and commercializing numerous businesses. With a particular focus on information technologies, Mr. Earley has fulfilled roles ranging from initial seed investor and board member to CEO and strategy consultant. He currently serves as Chairman of the Sciath Group and most recently was the CEO and Chairman of Arxan Technologies, an anti-tamper solutions company with expertise in cyber-security. He serves on boards of directors for organizations including: Defense Trade Advisory Group, DHS Critical Infrastructure Protection Advisory Group, Information Technology Sector Coordinating Council and the Advisory Board for the University of Notre Dame’s Gigot Entrepreneurial Center. Mr. Earley received an MBA from Benedictine University, a BA from the University of Notre Dame, and has completed Harvard University’s Program for Senior Executives in National and International Security.
